Connery Construction is a fully equipped general contracting firm specializing in multi-family & commercial construction. We have been in business serving Southern Wisconsin since 1970, and are staffed with a team of exceptional personnel. Equipped with the latest in computerized estimating, scheduling, and accounting software, we provide detailed estimates, construction schedules, and job cost accounting as part of our standard construction services.
Established in Madison, Wisconsin by Tim and Richard Connery. Richard retired in 1985 leaving Tim Connery and his wife Randy as owners of the firm. In 1999 we moved our business to the nearby town of Cottage Grove. This location provides a small town atmosphere for our employees, and maintains easy access to Madison and to I-90/94.
We self-perform earthwork, concrete foundations & flatwork, as well as rough and finish carpentry work. By performing these major categories of work with our own people and equipment, we maintain excellent control over both the progress and the quality of the work.
We are proud that nearly all of our work is obtained through referrals and repeat customers.
